Abstract

By using Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy, Carbon -13 NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectroscopy, a novel series of pyrazolyl indoline-3-one (5a-5j) hybrids, were created. At a dose of ten mg, each final product's antiinflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic qualities were evaluated. The weight of each Wistar rat in kilograms were taken. The outcomes were compared with a reference standard, Indomethacin. It came to the conclusion that the final compounds had positive anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic properties. Further research is pivotal to exploit the reported compounds to get potent lead molecules for treating inflammation, pain, and fever.

Keywords: Indoline-3-one Derivatives, Pyrazole, Anti-inflammatory, Analgesic, Antipyretic.
